Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) in the Call Center (Danish-speaking)

Now, as we open a new chapter with the launch of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in Scandinavia, we are expanding our portfolio to include the popular destination of Denmark.

The Center Parcs Nordborg Resort will be located on the charming southern Danish island of Als, close to the mainland of Jutland. With 720 holiday homes and a team of around 200 dedicated employees, we will welcome approximately 160,000 guests annually.

Are you fluent in Danish, communicative, and excited to be part of the team around the park in Denmark? Do you know what it takes in customer service and place great importance on customer satisfaction?

We are looking for a motivated person for our Customer Service team (m/f/d) in our Call Center at the Head Office in Cologne to support guest service for the new Nordborg Resort in Denmark.

 

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for assisting and advising our Danish-speaking guests, primarily over the phone.
  • You will handle guest inquiries, make bookings in our booking system, and answer questions about the Nordborg Resort.
  • You will take on administrative tasks in the back office.
  • You will listen to our guests when something hasn't gone as planned and ensure they leave satisfied.
  • In addition to handling inbound calls, you will also assist in other areas, such as the Sales team, when call volumes are low.

Votre profil

What you bring:

  • You enjoy working with people and have experience in guest consulting and service, ideally in a call center environment.
  • You must be fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, to assist and advise our Danish-speaking guests effectively. In addition, proficiency in German or English is required.
  • You have excellent communication skills when interacting with guests, colleagues, and business partners.
  • You enjoy working independently and take responsibility with a high level of conscientiousness.
  • Your work is characterized by a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • You have a confident presence even in stressful situations and are skilled at handling conflicts.
